The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust is an organisation that was set up to provide 'a living memorial' to Winston Churchill. Its remit is to send British citizens with a particular project abroad, to carry out that project and bring the knowledge and experience gained back to Britain. I have been awarded the Anthony de Rothschild History Award, a Winston Churchill Fellowship especially designated for a historical project.
